Return Policy
All products returned to Medetz Surgical must be accompanied with a return authorization number. This number can be obtained by calling our office at 1-800-420-5135. Merchandise must be carefully packaged and secured, shipped prepaid by courier service of your choice. Shipment must be accompanied by document showing full name and address of sender, copy of invoice.
Medetz Surgical reserves the right to determine if instrument is not damaged and is merchantable. Full credit will be given to merchandise returned within 30 days after date of invoice Returns received between 31-45 days after invoice date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee No returns will be accepted after 45 days of invoice
Return Policy does not include shipping and handling fees. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees
A 5% restocking fee will be assessed to all credit card orders that are returned. No matter if they are returned in the 30 day period
No returns will be accepted for international shipments
Medetz Surgical will not accept returns on:
- Custom made instruments
- Damaged, abused, and sterilized instruments
- Sterile and disposable products
- Light sources
- Sterilization Trays
- Cannulas
- Diamond Knives
- Operating room furniture
- Reese Osteotomy Guide System ( Or any parts of the Reese Osteotomy Guide System )
