Shipping

Shipping of surgical instruments and products are made via UPS.  All shipments are made F.O.B. from our offices in Lederach, Pa

Shipping Rates: ( Rates based off 1 lb package at a declared value of $100 )

UPS Ground - $10

UPS 3 Day Select - $15

UPS 2nd day - $22

UPS Red Saver - $40

UPS Red - $ 55

UPS Red Early AM - $75

Shipping rates are subject to change based on weight of package, and value of package.  Medetz Surgical reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time.

For international shipments, Medetz Surgical uses the United States Postal Service.  Medetz will quote cutsomer before any shipment are made.  The customer is responsible for any custom fees or duties associated with the shipment.

Expedited Shipments:  Medetz reserves the right to charge $35 for expedited shipments.  This fee is a seperate fee than shipping charges and will be added on to the total of the shipment.

Drop shipments:  Medetz Reserves the right to charge a $20 drop ship fee.  This fee is a seperate fee than shipping charges and will be added on to the total of the shipment.
