Full credit will be issued for any instrument returned within 30 days of shipment date, provided the instrument is returned in the same condition.
Lifetime warranty – Medetz Surgical offers a lifetime warranty on all surgical instruments against manufacturers defects. Any instrument found to have a manufacturers defect will be repaired or replaced according to Medetz Surgical Instruments discretion.
